What to expect

After your BrandLite session, we can achieve a lot in a series of fast-paced, collaborative sessions. Here’s what you can expect in 6 days.

  • This will be a call or meeting to review your BrandLite report. We’ll discuss the next steps in detail, which include scheduling your design day etc.

    To secure your start date, we will ask for a 40% payment.

  • We‘ll put together your Brand Strategy to present to you on your scheduled Design Day.

  • In the morning we’ll have a quick call with you to discuss the plan for the day and your brand strategy.

    We’ll also start working on your visual identity. There will be a feedback session in the afternoon.

    This day should fit into your schedule as we do require prompt feedback to ensure we move quickly as planned.

  • Each day you’ll be sent updates regarding the progress of your project. You’ll be asked to provide feedback for several rounds of refinements.

  • On your launch day you’ll receive:

    ✓ Mini Brand Strategy

    ✓ Final Files

    ✓ Brand Guidelines

    We will ask for final payment before any files are sent.

  • You’ll have a full two weeks of email support for any last-minute questions. You’ll also be invited to schedule a final check-in call during this support window.

    Our Care Plans are available with more services and support moving forward.

*PLEASE NOTE: This timeline is not always carried out over consecutive days. Due to the collaborative nature of this package and the importance of swift feedback and response, we like to fit the timeline around your schedule.

  • We do offer payment plans but not for this package. Please get in touch for more details.

  • We always adapt our sessions to fit with our international clients. Depending on how big the time difference is, your sessions might be split into a few more days.
